The crossmember improves the strength and stability of your Power Rack and allows you to add new workout stations, including Pull-Up Spheres, Shackles, Clock Hangs, and more.
NOTE: This crossmember is compatible with the Sphere Pull Up Bar, but will NOT work with Rack Mounted Lat Tower’s
